Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Member Eligibility

• Registering as a private individual and not on behalf of any business entity without nak cuci's written authorization.
• Not subject to any legal, court, or regulatory prohibition that restricts you from participating in online betting activities.
• Not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion program at nak cuci or any related platform.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration and keeping it up to date whenever changes occur.

Nak cuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a member's eligibility. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or permanent closure.

Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active nak cuci account. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the method or information used to register.

During the registration process, you are required to provide:

• Accurate date of birth.
• An active email address that belongs to you personally.
• An active mobile number registered in your name.
• Valid Malaysian bank account details in your name for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your account information remains up to date. nak cuci is not liable for any losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the member.

You are prohibited from transferring, selling, or sharing your nak cuci account with any other individual. Accounts found to be used by more than one person will be closed and all accumulated balances forfeited without refund.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Nak cuci supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Maybank bank transfer, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, and other methods displayed on the platform. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform for each payment method.
• Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and must belong to you personally.
• Nak cuci reserves the right to decline or return any deposit suspected of originating from an illegitimate source.
• Third-party deposits — using a bank account belonging to someone else — are strictly prohibited.

Bonuses & Promotions

Nak cuci offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms stated in each respective offer and should be read together with these general Terms.

General Bonus Principles:

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the specified rollover requirements (wagering requirements) have been fully met.
• The rollover requirement is calculated based on the total bonus received and the multiplier specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• Some games may contribute at a different percentage, or not contribute at all, toward fulfilling rollover requirements — details are specified in the respective promotional terms.
• Bonuses obtained through multiple account registrations or other fraudulent methods will be voided immediately.

Nak cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Promotions that have already been claimed and are in the process of fulfilling rollover requirements will continue under the original terms unless otherwise stated.

Each member is eligible for each type of promotion a total of once only unless otherwise stated. Duplicate claims for the same promotion through different methods are considered fraudulent.

Betting & Game Rules
